We use whole, plant-based botanicals — herbs, flowers, roots, and natural extracts carefully selected for their wellness benefits. Every ingredient is listed clearly on our product pages and packaging. We never use artificial fragrances, synthetic fillers, or unnecessary additives.

We prioritize organic and ethically sourced botanicals whenever possible. Each product page notes the sourcing standards for that specific blend. When we can't source organic, we choose the highest quality conventional option available.

Some of our botanical blends may contain ingredients that could trigger sensitivities in certain individuals. Please read the full ingredient list on each product page carefully, and consult your healthcare provider if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Selah Botanicals was created specifically with pregnancy and postpartum women in mind, and safety is at the foundation of every formulation. That said, every pregnancy is unique. We always recommend consulting your midwife, OB, or healthcare provider before adding any new herbal product to your routine.

Our products are developed by our founder, who brings years of experience as a doula and a deep passion for herbalism and natural wellness. Every product is made with the knowledge and care she brings to the women she serves professionally.

Some herbs are not recommended during the first trimester when the risk of miscarriage is highest. Each of our product pages clearly notes any trimester-specific guidance. When in doubt, always check with your care provider first.

Many of our products are formulated with postpartum and nursing mamas in mind. Product pages include specific notes on breastfeeding safety. As always, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We're so sorry if that happens! Please take a photo of the damage and email us at hello@selahbotanicals.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right.

We want you to love every Selah product. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a return or exchange.

Due to the nature of botanical and wellness products, we're unable to accept returns on opened items. However, if something isn't right, please reach out — we'll always do our best to find a solution.

Simply email us at hello@selahbotanicals.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
