A deep love for health, wellness, and natural living has always been at the heart of Selah Botanicals. Years spent working alongside mamas as a birth doula revealed just how powerfully plants could support women through pregnancy and postpartum — and that discovery sparked something that couldn't be ignored. A journey of studying, learning, and exploring herbal remedies began, rooted in the beautiful idea that everything we need is already growing right around us. Out of that curiosity, that passion, and a whole lot of time spent blending and discovering, Selah Botanicals was born. Created from the heart, for yours.
Why Selah Exists
After years of walking alongside pregnant and postpartum women, a troubling pattern emerged. So many of the products women were reaching for were filled with harmful ingredients that most people don't even realize are there — hidden chemicals, synthetic fillers, and unnecessary additives hiding behind pretty packaging and convincing labels. Selah Botanicals was created to do something different. To offer products that are fresh, nourishing, and whole, made from real plants with real purpose. Products that actually work and that a mama can use with complete confidence. And so, Selah Botanicals was born.
What We Believe
The postpartum period deserves as much tenderness as pregnancy — yet so often, the moment a baby arrives, the focus shifts entirely and mama is left to figure it out on her own. Rest is not laziness; it is medicine. It is how the body heals and how a woman finds her way back to herself. And plants, when used with knowledge and intention, are one of the most powerful tools a woman has. They are gifts from the earth that have supported mothers for generations.
